Research Interests

I have long been interested in answering questions from my immediate surroundings, such as why birds flock in a particular way or how ants forage for food. With the passing of time, my interest span has increased to similar questions in social, all biological, and urban systems. Broadly, a lot of these problems are classified as complex systems. I like approaching these questions by formulating them as mathematical models and gaining some insight into them. I use both analytical and computational methods to my aid.

You can read about the projects I have undertaken here.
